About The Position

The Content Marketing Coordinator will plan, develop, and execute content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role involves researching and defining target audiences, creating and optimizing content across multiple digital channels, and measuring performance. A strong focus will be placed on SEO best practices, ensuring all content is discoverable, relevant, and aligned with marketing goals.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field highly preferred.
  • 1–3 years in content marketing, SEO, or digital marketing preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and digital publishing tools
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
  • Technically savvy with understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics
  • Ability to keep abreast of industry developments and marketing innovations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to achieve brand and lead generation goals
  • Create, proofread, and edit content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and third-party publications
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to ensure content relevance and innovation
  • Optimize all content for SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and metadata management
  • Maintain and manage the company’s blog and coordinate article publication schedules
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all platforms
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams and external vendors for creative execution and amplification
  • Employ marketing analytics to measure content performance and ROI
  • Support the Sr. Marketing & E-Commerce Manager with campaign planning, reporting, and continuous improvement
