About The Position

WaterWipes is seeking a Content Manager to develop and execute a content strategy for the Americas market. This role is hands-on, focusing on producing high-performing creative for paid social media, rapid testing, and iteration. The Content Manager will be responsible for turning brand plans into a content strategy, capturing short-form videos, editing mobile-first assets, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of effective content. This position offers significant ownership of the paid social creative engine, from concept to performance analysis, with the opportunity to influence brand growth for a rapidly expanding consumer brand.

Requirements

  • Experience building paid social creative for Meta and TikTok.
  • Understanding of what "platform-native" content means.
  • Ability to move quickly without sacrificing standards.
  • Strong bias to action and a performance mindset.
  • Ability to create fast, learn fast, and iterate to improve content.
  • Organized to manage an end-to-end content workflow and content library.
  • Flexibility to respond to trends and cultural moments at speed.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally.
  • Ability to give and receive clear feedback.
  • Judgment to keep creative ambitious while staying within brand and regulatory guardrails.
  • Must reside in the United States and on the East Coast.
  • Occasional travel required for content capture at trade shows and key brand events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain a paid social content pipeline that is both aesthetically pleasing and commercially successful.
  • Create multiple variations of content to test different elements such as hooks, angles, CTAs, pacing, and opening frames.
  • Translate learnings from content testing into the next wave of content production.
  • Own the end-to-end creation process for paid social and digital channels, including capturing short-form video and producing low-fi mobile-first assets.
  • Deliver platform-optimized content formats ready for trafficking.
  • Source and shape User-Generated Content (UGC) through a specialist agency, providing direction, reviewing quality, and scaling successful content.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand, global, legal, and regulatory standards, particularly within a regulated industry.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager and other teams, and work with external partners as needed.
  • Drive output, pace, and performance of content.
