About The Position

Zuora is seeking a Content Manager to join their Communications and Content team. This role is a hands-on position at the intersection of high-quality storytelling, product marketing, social media, web experience, and AI experimentation. The Content Manager will transform Zuora’s positioning into consistent, high-impact content across the website, social media, campaigns, and the full customer journey. The role reports to the Director of Communications and partners closely with the Senior Content Manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-impact content roles (B2B SaaS preferred; journalism or newsroom background a plus)
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to translate product positioning into high-performing web and conversion experiences
  • Strong understanding of SEO, user journeys, and experimentation frameworks
  • Working knowledge of AI content tools, workflow orchestration, and automated QA practices
  • A high bar for content quality across formats: written, visual, video, and live experiences
  • Sharp critical thinking, creativity, attention to detail, and cross-functional influence

  • Experience writing for SaaS companies in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Define the systems that make great content possible—not just the content itself. Partner with product marketing, growth, and web stakeholders to translate business strategy into clear frameworks, structured messaging, and scalable templates.
  • Produce and refine messaging across articles, guides, data reports, web pages, conversion flows, social media (written and video), and campaign assets. Maintain exceptional quality across written, visual, interactive, and live formats, ensuring Zuora’s voice is consistent and differentiated.
  • Transform core messaging into modular, reusable components for every stage of the customer journey. Build AI workflows, prompt libraries, and automation patterns to scale high-quality content creation. Establish governance, models, and guidelines to maintain consistency across products and audiences.
  • Partner with the web team to bring messaging to life across landing pages, solution pages, site architecture, and UX flows. Apply a conversion-driven mindset using data, experimentation, and CRO best practices. Ensure content is optimized for SEO, CMS integration, and personalization.
  • Work closely with Content, Communications, Product Marketing, Brand, Growth, Web, SEO, and Design teams. Help shape positioning, refine messaging, and align content with brand, engagement, and revenue goals. Collaborate across the organization to create breakthrough content and experiences.
