About The Position

This role leads Harvest Group’s executive content program, driving the strategy, development, publishing, and optimization of thought leadership content that supports the company’s growth objectives and strengthens its position in the marketplace. Working closely with executives, marketing, and cross-functional partners, this role owns the end-to-end content process—from identifying compelling topics and shaping executive perspectives to bringing content to life across relevant channels and measuring its impact. Beyond executive thought leadership, the Content Manager/Senior Content Manager will contribute to Harvest Group’s broader content marketing strategy and lead or support high-impact initiatives, including the company’s in-house video studio and other emerging content opportunities. The scope of the role will continue to evolve alongside the business, creating opportunities to shape how Harvest Group tells its story and engages key audiences. The position may be filled at the Content Manager or Senior Content Manager level based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications. This role is based in Rogers, AR. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing, content writing, corporate communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience using performance metrics to evaluate success and inform future strategy.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and social media best practices.
  • Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or commerce industry

Responsibilities

  • Lead Harvest Group's executive content strategy, owning the planning, development, publishing, and measurement of content across LinkedIn and other strategic communications channels.
  • Partner with marketing, business leaders, and key stakeholders to identify timely content opportunities that align with company priorities and strategic narratives.
  • Build scalable processes and workflows that enable Harvest Group's content strategy to expand across additional leaders and business initiatives over time.
  • Oversee project management and prioritization for Harvest Group's in-house video studio, ensuring efficient planning and execution of video initiatives.
  • Stay current on emerging content, social media, and digital marketing trends, applying new ideas and best practices to strengthen Harvest Group's marketing efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
