Content Manager, GTM

MonstroNew York, NY

About The Position

Monstro is building the AI operating system for governed financial intelligence and is transitioning from stealth to active market presence. We are seeking a Content Manager to own the voice of the brand across every written channel—from technical thought leadership and flagship research to press, podcasts, and pipeline-driving messaging. This is a high-output, high-stakes role. The audience is the C-suite of global financial institutions. The standard is technical authority paired with peer-level intimacy. You are not producing content for content's sake—every piece you write is designed to make Monstro unavoidable to the banks we are targeting and to convert that awareness into meetings.

Requirements

  • 4 - 7 years of content, communications, or editorial experience, ideally in B2B, fintech, or financial services
  • A writer who can operate at two registers simultaneously: technically credible to a CTO and commercially compelling to a CFO
  • Experience ghostwriting for executives or senior subject matter experts
  • Proven ability to produce high volumes of quality output without sacrificing depth or precision
  • Familiarity with how content functions within a demand generation or pipeline context, not just as a brand exercise
  • A self-starter who can manage an editorial calendar and drive output independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing for or about regulated industries, AI, or institutional finance
  • Background in PR or media relations
  • Familiarity with AEO and SEO in an authority-first content context

Responsibilities

  • SME content across LinkedIn and the blog, ghostwriting for executives and subject matter experts across AI, banking, governance, and technology pillars
  • The flagship research reports, from structure and narrative through to final copy
  • Email messaging and outreach copy that feeds directly into the pipeline engine, converting content interest into booked meetings
  • Deck and website copy across persona-specific and campaign-driven mediums
  • PR and press materials including pitches, press releases, and briefing documents for outlets including WSJ, FT, Bloomberg, and The Banker
  • Podcast and media preparation, including talking points, briefing notes, and guest outreach copy
  • Editorial calendar ownership, ensuring consistent, sequenced output across all channels
