Content Logistics Manager

Relentless
$6,000 - $6,000Remote

About The Position

The Content Logistics Manager is a full-time role for a project manager who's ready to coordinate the systems that keep content moving across Relentless programs. You'll assist the Deputy Director of Programs, Content to manage the timelines, reviews, and approvals for the participant communications, event materials, and in-app copy in Rally that guide tens of thousands of people through learning about upcoming elections and turning out their friends and family to vote. You're highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable. You're comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, while responding to changing program needs. You're also a strong writer and editor with a sharp eye for detail. You can incorporate feedback quickly, shape content to different audiences and contexts, and maintain consistency across materials. If you're energized by building order out of complexity, keeping projects moving, and creating a seamless participant experience, this role is built for you. This is a full-time cycle role with an end date of November 15th, 2026.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of project management experience, ideally in organizing, advocacy, campaigns, nonprofits, or another mission-driven setting.
  • A knack for keeping complex projects on track — you can collaborate across teams, communicate clearly, and keep people aligned on what needs to happen next.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to quickly refine copy for different program audiences and moments while paying close attention to detail and quality.
  • Comfortable and energized by fast-paced, evolving environments and juggling multiple projects on deadline.
  • Comfort with tools like Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, and Slack, or the ability to learn them quickly.
  • Access to a computer and reliable internet.
  • We're excited about candidates who are early in their career, with some hands-on experience, and an eagerness to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Co-manage program content trackers with the Deputy Director of Content, Programs — setting deadlines, assigning ownership, and keeping content moving through creation and approval.
  • Work with the Senior Chase Manager to test, edit, and approve on the emails and texts participants get at each step of the program, nudging them toward the next action (we call these "Chase" messages).
  • Support content kickoffs and team syncs by preparing agendas, tracking work in progress, and helping teams align on content direction and messaging.
  • Organize content resources across Notion pages and other program systems, keeping information and links to materials updated and easy to find.
  • Manage program FAQs, reviewing and coordinating approvals for new answers, and keeping the FAQ database clear, accurate, and up to date.
  • Coordinate the guidance, tools, and resources the Organizing Copywriter and Visual Content Designer need to create great work on deadline.
  • Observe live program events and monitor staff and participant feedback to improve existing content and identify new assets that would be helpful.
  • Use our tools — Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, and Slack — to do the work, collaborate across teams, and execute asks on time.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as they come up, with the expectation that your day-to-day mix of work will shift with program needs.
