About The Position

The Content & Digital Coordinator supports Tri-State’s brand communications efforts through content drafting, publishing, and coordination across owned channels. This role focuses on executing approved messaging by crafting clear, on-brand written content and ensuring its timely distribution across social media, web, email, and employee advocacy platforms. While social media is a key channel, this position emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and quality control in content execution. The role works closely with Brand Communications, Creative Services, Employee Communications, and Media Relations to implement established messaging and maintain alignment across communication channels.

Requirements

  • Content drafting, publishing, and coordination across owned channels.
  • Executing approved messaging by crafting clear, on-brand written content.
  • Ensuring timely distribution of content across social media, web, email, and employee advocacy platforms.
  • Maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality control in content execution.
  • Implementing established messaging and maintaining alignment across communication channels in collaboration with Brand Communications, Creative Services, Employee Communications, and Media Relations.
