Our Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) Training and Development department within the Safety Division is seeking a Content Development Specialist to contribute to the development of the overall learning strategy for the Safety Division and its leaders based on competency profiles and training needs analysis; leverages sound Information Design methodologies to develop training and development solutions to support complex work and processes. The position is responsible for facilitating continuous improvement through the development of effective and sustainable training programs and development solutions that transforms complex theories and concepts into understandable, relatable, and memorable solutions.
