About The Position

UWorld is seeking a Content Developer Nurse to join their Dallas-based team. This role involves creating test questions and writing detailed rationales to prepare students for the Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) exam. The company provides up-to-date nursing education resources. UWorld is a leading high-stakes test preparation and education company serving nursing students and faculty, with headquarters in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, 4-day/week position with excellent benefits and flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Unencumbered RN license in the United States or Canada.
• At least one year of general medical, adult, or pediatric acute patient care experience (excluding preceptorship/internship).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Ability to provide, receive, and respond to feedback positively.

Nice To Haves

• Masters degree is preferred.
• Previous experience with item (question) development or as a Content Developer is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Teach content and create test questions for the Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) exam.
• Write detailed rationales for each test question.
• Ensure NCLEX-type questions remain current, relevant, and accurate for nurses in all professional practice settings.
