About The Position

This is an opportunity to positively impact the next generation of nurses by joining UWorld's Dallas-based team. As a Content Developer Nurse, you will use your clinical experience and nursing knowledge to develop test questions and write detailed rationales for the Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) exam. This ensures that UWorld's NCLEX-type questions remain current, relevant, and accurate for nurses in all professional practice settings. UWorld is a premier high-stakes test preparation and education company. This is a 4-day/week full-time position with excellent benefits and flexible days and hours.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• An unencumbered RN license in the United States or Canada
• At least one year of general medical, adult, or pediatric acute patient care experience (excluding preceptorship/internship)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent focus and attention to detail
• The ability to consistently meet deadlines
• The ability to provide, receive, and respond to feedback positively

Nice To Haves

• Masters degree is preferred
• Previous experience with item (question) development or as a Content Developer is helpful
