About The Position

We're looking for a Content Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for connecting dots across projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with enterprise-wide content strategy. The ideal candidate will simplify complex financial concepts into clear, actionable, and engaging user experiences, while appropriately incorporating required regulatory language. You will also review and approve content, confidently defending decisions and negotiating with stakeholders, participate in peer reviews, and continuously evolve content standards and guidelines to improve scalability and experience quality.

Requirements

• 5 years of content strategy, UX writing, Content designer experience
• Experience working with product designer team
• Experience using Figma
• Exceptional communication skills – able to clearly articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment
• Flexibility and openness – comfortable adapting in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Ability to think both tactically and strategically, tying individual work back to company's larger goals
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to keep content simple while balancing compliance/regulatory needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an agile setting
• Strategic mindset with strong project management and organizational skills
• Self-starter who can analyze complex problems quickly and methodically
• Collaborative team player who builds relationships and drives consensus across functions
• Portfolio required
