About The Position

THE·TEAM operates at the epicenter of sports, music and entertainment, serving talent, brands and properties on a global scale. Headquartered in Los Angeles, THE·TEAM's presence spans 28 countries and more than 70 cities. This role is for the MUSIC TEAM’s artist representation division and is responsible for visual storytelling through compelling, on-brand design and video. The position requires a strong understanding of the brand, artists, stakeholders, and partners, collaborating closely with social, marketing, and talent teams to create visually engaging content. A key focus is translating client wins, partnerships, and insights into creative assets like social graphics, infographics, motion graphics, and short-form video. The environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality, thrive in collaboration, and work independently when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, brand, or music/entertainment environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, video and brand design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Ability to capture and edit video content with proficiency in operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Experience designing for social platforms, with an understanding of best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Ability to translate data and research into visually compelling, easy-to-understand graphics and layouts.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
  • High standard of excellence, with the flexibility to work nontraditional hours when needed and anticipate challenges with thoughtful communication.
  • Awareness of cultural trends across sports, music, and entertainment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Slack, and Box.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality, on-brand creative across social, digital, and marketing channels.
  • Develop graphics, templates, and visual systems that ensure consistency across the MUSIC·TEAM’s platforms.
  • Execute a range of assets including announcements, artist moments, employee highlights, awards, brand partnerships, and marketing collateral.
  • Support motion design and short-form video editing as needed.
  • Travel onsite for key moments in the MUSIC·TEAM’s calendar to capture and create compelling content born out of integration with the event/team/clients.
  • Translate artists moments, partnerships, and achievements into visually compelling, social-first creative.
  • Collaborate with social, marketing, and talent teams to bring artists narratives to life.
  • Stay tapped into music culture, trends, and key moments to inform creative direction.
  • Balance creativity with clarity to ensure content is both engaging and brand-aligned.
  • Maintain and evolve the MUSIC·TEAM’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to align creative with strategic and client goals.
  • Apply feedback efficiently while upholding a high standard of design.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay organized using project management tools (e.g., Asana) and maintain clear communication across teams.
  • Continuously explore design trends, tools, and cultural moments to keep creative fresh and relevant.
