About The Position

As an entry-level Content Creator for Dilling Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's local presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging and relevant content for social media and actively engaging with the communities surrounding our branches. Your goal is to connect with and build lasting relationships with local customers, ultimately driving brand loyalty and increasing local branch visibility.

Requirements

  • A highly creative mindset is a MUST, with the ability to develop fresh, engaging ideas and bring them to life through compelling visual content
  • Strong hands-on experience with video editing and content creation tools is required
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software
  • Managed, and contributed toward a professional/brand “voice”
  • Understanding of the business side of social channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong local knowledge and understanding of the community
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CapCut and native video editors

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality, locally relevant content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to build an authentic and engaging online presence.
  • Create multimedia content—vlogs, reels, short-form videos, and photography—highlighting job sites, community events, and brand initiatives.
  • Heavy emphasis on video production and editing, including cutting, styling, and optimizing content for each platform using tools like CapCut and native editors.
  • Craft compelling captions and copy aligned with brand messaging to drive engagement.
  • Proactively grow the brand’s social media footprint through consistent, creative visual storytelling using video and photography.
  • Support community-driven initiatives and serve as a brand ambassador by capturing and sharing content that reflects company values and local presence.
  • Act as the primary liaison between our branches and their respective communities, fostering strong relationships, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for engagement and collaboration.
  • Organize and participate in local events, community outreach programs, and sponsorships to promote our brand and establish a visible presence in the community.
  • Represent our brand in a positive and professional manner at all times, embodying our core values and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
  • Work closely with the marketing teams to align local strategies with broader brand objective.
