About The Position

Dashing Diva is seeking a highly creative, trend-driven, and hands-on Social Media Content Creator to bring our brand to life across digital platforms. This role is responsible for ideating, producing, and executing engaging social-first content that supports brand storytelling, product launches, and overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands beauty and social trends, and has a strong eye for content that performs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in beauty, fashion, or CPG
• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first content
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools)
• Comfortable shooting content in both studio and informal/on-the-go settings
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends
• Creative storyteller with strong visual and aesthetic sense, especially within beauty/nails
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on attitude

Responsibilities

• Create content for multiple touchpoints including social media, email, website (homepage, PDP/PLP), and digital campaigns
• Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video and static content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and paid social
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and trend-driven social content
• Stay on top of TikTok, Instagram, and beauty trends, translating them into on-brand, high-performing content
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content
• Execute end-to-end content creation: ideation, filming, editing, and light post-production
• Optimize content based on performance insights and platform best practices
• Maintain agility to adapt content quickly based on trends, feedback, and business needs
