About The Position

The Content Creator at Phaedon will play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up in the market through compelling, strategic, and performance-driven content. This individual will help develop and execute a content strategy that supports brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who also thinks like a marketer, someone who can turn ideas into impactful content, amplify internal voices, and use performance insights to continuously improve results. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing planning with hands-on execution while collaborating across teams to support business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years of experience in content marketing, content creation, brand marketing, or related experience OR 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree
  • Proficiency with content and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Descript, or similar platforms
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple content formats and audiences
  • Experience creating content for digital channels including social media, web, video, and email
  • Strong understanding of social media platform best practices and content optimization strategies
  • Experience using analytics to measure performance and improve content outcomes
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting executive thought leadership or personal brand content, especially on LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled content workflows and tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
  • Experience building content programs tied to demand generation, pipeline growth, or sales enablement

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and execute a content strategy aligned to Phaedon’s brand positioning, target audiences, and growth goals
  • Create high-quality content across formats including short- and long-form video and social posts, articles, testimonials, and more that drive multi-threaded engagement with target accounts
  • Adapt and optimize content for each platform based on audience behavior, tone, format, SEO, and social best practices
  • Publish and distribute content across owned and paid channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness
  • Lead employee-generated content (EGC) initiatives by partnering with internal subject matter experts
  • Ghostwrite social posts, articles, and thought leadership content for employees and executives while preserving authentic voice and perspective
  • Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interactions to build brand affinity and trust
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align content with campaigns and business priorities
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics including engagement, audience growth, and pipeline contribution
  • Continuously optimize content plan based on data, insights, and evolving business needs
  • Stay current on platform trends, emerging tools, and best practices to maintain a modern and competitive content presence
