About The Position

We're looking for someone to create photo and video content for HawaiiTours.com and our growing family of brands. Your office might be a boat, a beach, a helicopter landing area, a waterfall trail, a tour bus, or a coffee shop. Some days you'll be editing videos in Waikīkī, and other days you'll be standing somewhere ridiculous thinking, "I cannot believe this is technically a Tuesday."

Requirements

• Remember to hit record
• Resist saying "we'll fix it in post" every five minutes

• A video that makes us laugh, cry, or immediately want to book a vacation

• Own a drone
• Know your way around a camera
• Love the ocean
• Know how to make people laugh on camera
• Can carry more than one battery at a time
• Have ever said "hold on, let me get this shot" in a completely serious tone

Responsibilities

• Filming tours and adventures across Hawaiʻi
• Taking photos of guests having the time of their lives
• Creating TikToks, Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos
• Flying drones without crashing them into coconut trees
• Interviewing tourists who just saw a honu for the first time
• Following our team around with a camera
• Capturing moments that make people immediately want to book a trip
• Creating content for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, TikToks, website photos, marketing content, and future ad campaigns
