About The Position

As well as finalist for the Best Managed Companies in Canada! We are looking for an intermediate content professional who is equally comfortable behind a camera and inside a project management tool. You will own the content pipeline end to end: ideating, filming, editing, and delivering content across social media, podcasts, and video formats, while managing the editorial calendar and keeping all moving parts on track. You report to the National Social Media & Influencer Relations Manager and operate with significant autonomy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media production, or digital marketing
  • Strong video and audio editing skills — proficiency in at least one professional editing suite (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and one mobile/quick-edit tool (CapCut, VEED)
  • Experience managing a content or editorial calendar independently — not just contributing to one
  • Experience producing or editing podcasts or long-form audio content
  • Comfort with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple content formats and deadlines simultaneously without losing quality
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating range across short-form video, static graphics, and ideally audio or podcast content
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills — you will interface with clinicians, the brand team, and external partners

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in beauty, medical aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare content
  • Photography skills (product, lifestyle, or clinical environment)
  • Basic graphic design proficiency (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Comfort appearing on camera for brand content when needed
  • Experience coordinating with influencers or external content partners
  • Certifications in digital marketing, video production, or social media strategy

Responsibilities

  • Film and produce short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta channels — from shoot planning to final delivery
  • Edit video and photo content using industry tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent) to a polished, on-brand standard
  • Edit, and publish podcast episodes — including audio cleanup, chapter marking, and distribution coordination
  • Own and maintain the editorial content calendar across all formats and platforms, ensuring deadlines are met proactively
  • Write content briefs and coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather approvals, assets, and context before production begins
  • Manage the digital asset library — organizing footage, graphics, and published content in a clear, accessible structure
  • Create static graphics and social templates using Canva or Adobe tools to maintain visual consistency
  • Track content performance and flag trends, gaps, or opportunities to the social media manager
  • Coordinate on-site filming during treatments, events, and clinic activations — managing logistics, not just showing up
  • Stay current with platform algorithm changes, trending formats, and best practices — bring recommendations, not just awareness
