About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Content & Creative Strategist with a preference for candidates based in Foxboro, MA; Raleigh, NC or Nashville, TN will be considered as secondary locations. This role is perfect for someone who needs to feed both a creative and operational brain, a person who likes to oversee the full lifecycle of creation and execution and whose storytelling skills are top notch. As the Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the content strategy for activations and marketing campaigns. You will develop and drive forward the creation and management of high-quality content that resonates with our audience across various platforms, including events, websites, blogs, and social media. This position requires a blend of creativity and operational expertise, making it ideal for someone who thrives in overseeing the full lifecycle of content creation, promotional strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or campaign strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive creative execution, explore diverse approaches, and identify the most effective strategies for brand impact.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing the organization to embrace new, innovative approaches to content.
  • Experience with content creation workflows for both internal and external agencies
  • Proficiency in content creation and workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of content for a variety of segments.
  • Develop innovative, fresh and diverse strategies across the customer journey
  • Manage the development of programs of work for campaigns (print and digital), events (3rd party, proprietary, etc), social media, web, etc.
  • Oversee all aspects of content creation and ensure it aligns with brand strategy and guidelines
  • Ensure feedback loop of campaign and content progress and success. Refines strategies and drives continuous improvement.
  • Leverage AI tools in workflows to enhance content ideation and production efficiency
  • Manage internal and external creative partners and vendors—from briefing and onboarding through delivery and quality control—to ensure work is on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Directors, to ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
