About The Position

This role is for a high-level B2B media buyer on Meta, responsible for both running the ads and developing the creative elements such as angles, hooks, and copy. The position requires a blend of media buying and creative strategy skills, focusing on B2B lead generation for a coaching program aimed at marketing agency owners. The company, Limitless, is a fast-growing coaching program founded by individuals with successful agency scaling experience. The role involves owning paid media on Meta, developing creative concepts and copy for various funnel stages (VSL, book-a-call page), contributing to organic content strategy, and conducting weekly group coaching calls for students.

Requirements

  • Experience running B2B paid media at a high level, with national campaigns and six figures a month in spend.
  • Specific experience in B2B lead generation, particularly in agencies, coaching/info products, or high-ticket services sold to businesses.
  • Deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, with the ability to interpret data independently.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting skills, capable of writing compelling messages for skeptical B2B buyers.
  • Proven track record of developing original creative concepts and angles.
  • Ability to explain ad performance and strategy clearly to less experienced individuals.
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant experience.

  • Experience integrating AI into workflow.
  • Experience with organic content or growing a personal audience.

Responsibilities

  • Run all paid media on Meta for the program, including targeting, testing structure, pacing, and optimization decisions.
  • Develop concepts, write hooks, and script the funnel, including ads, VSLs, and book-a-call pages.
  • Research market needs and translate them into unique creative angles and messages.
  • Contribute to organic content strategy and scripting for Instagram and YouTube.
  • Run weekly group coaching calls for students, sharing insights on current ad performance and providing strategic feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and production team (editors and designers).
