About The Position

This role serves as the operational backbone of Hallow's content team, responsible for initiating production, ensuring timely launches, and maintaining smooth partnership operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about building systems, meticulous with details, and possesses a comprehensive understanding of ongoing activities. This position is crucial for streamlining workflows and enhancing the overall operational efficiency of the content team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in a project management, operations, or coordination role.
• Passion for the company's mission.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong communication skills (clear writing, confident speaking, ability to keep a team aligned).
• Ability to learn new tools, processes, and contexts quickly.
• Resourceful and able to leverage technology for efficiency.
• Comfortable working with AI tools for tasks like drafting, summarizing, and process automation.
• Willingness to travel for content production at least once per quarter and for in-person team meetings at least twice a year.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a content, media, or creative production environment.
• Experience with project management platforms like ClickUp or Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end content operation workflow, including workload assignment, timeline tracking, and management of partner agreements.
• Coordinate the logistics of content launches, collaborating with writers, audio engineers, editors, and marketing teams to ensure all elements are in place before publication.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date release calendar.
• Identify and rectify inefficiencies in current workflows.
• Develop and implement project management tools and documentation to support team scalability and operational standards.
• Manage external partnerships, including talent outreach, meeting coordination, and ensuring all contractual and payment details are handled.
• Serve as the primary contact for content integration onto the platform, ensuring accuracy, proper positioning, and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with the data team to feature top content for various user segments.
• Maintain an organized and intentional home screen that reflects the team's best work.
