Job Summary The Project Manager, Health Education Content is responsible for the planning, development, coordination, and execution of all patient/consumer-facing educational information and content distributed thorough the Memorial Hermann Health System. This position ensures that content projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with the health system’s standards and goals. This position is responsible for creating strategic deployment plans for large-scale content updates, pilot projects, anticipating risks in ongoing projects, and for keeping initiatives on track. The Project Manager, Health Education Content is responsible for consistent dissemination of information and developing and tracking key performance indicators of success. This position is part of the Consumer Experience Learning & Engagement (CXLE) team and typically reports to the Director, Consumer Experience, Learning & Engagement.
