About The Position

ADP Canada is hiring a Fall 2026 Content Coordination Co-Op to join our Business Innovation and Shared Services team. As a Content Coordination Co-Op at ADP, you will work alongside seasoned professionals who will guide and support you to enhance your professional skills while gaining relevant experience in a business environment. The objective is to learn as much as possible and gain relevant business experience during the internship.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Self-Starter. High-reaching and unstoppable with a can't-stop-won't-stop attitude and an urge to persevere until you get it right.
• Insatiable Appetite to Learn. Always learning, growing, questioning, and challenging "what's been done before."

Responsibilities

• Draft and support the development of communication materials, including announcements, newsletters, presentations, and digital content
• Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
• Support content scheduling, coordination, and publishing timelines
• Enhance content usability and user experience by identifying opportunities to improve layout, structure, and engagement
• Monitor basic performance metrics to support content effectiveness
• Assist in creating and editing multimedia content
• Research communication trends and emerging digital & multimedia practices
