About The Position

We’re looking for a co-op student to support initiatives spanning digital product management, design systems, and content strategy. This role will support the evolution of our public websites and offers hands-on experience helping align scalable design systems with effective content strategies to improve digital experiences.

Requirements

• Interest in digital product management, UX design, design systems, and content strategy
• Experience working on digital properties in a marketing, design, or content capacity
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of usability principles and human-centered design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Support in analysis and discovery of our various digital properties
• Assist in aligning design systems with content strategy to ensure consistency and scalability across experiences
• Contribute to digital content strategy development and execution
• Participate in market research analysis and validation to identify new opportunities
• Assist with supporting digital content publishing requirements
• Collaborate with UX and product teams to support user-centered design improvements
• Partner with stakeholders and agile teams on new features, enhancements, and site launches
