About The Position

Vivier Pharma is seeking a Content & Community Marketing Manager for their Vaudreuil-Dorion head office. This role leads the company's content strategy and brand storytelling across various channels (social, influencer, blog, email, print, digital) to drive engagement with clinic partners and consumers. The position also oversees the strategy for the creator and expert ecosystem, manages community growth through engagement strategies and user-generated content, and collaborates with the E-Commerce team to optimize conversions and customer retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent experience
  • Minimum five (5) years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience managing community strategy and influencer campaigns
  • Strong background in social media strategy and content creation
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Strong knowledge of blogging best practices, email marketing, and social media strategy
  • Ability to analyze customer insights and market research to develop data-driven content strategies
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in project management
  • Creative, resourceful, and proactive with strong collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • English language fluency is required for this job

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary copywriter and brand voice guardian across social media, editorial, educational content, email communications, and campaign storytelling.
  • Maintain brand voice consistency through meticulous editing, proofreading, and content refinement across all touchpoints.
  • Develop product, promotional, and educational messaging that supports both storytelling and conversion.
  • Develop and manage the B2B email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Own editorial content strategy, including blog and educational content, in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, industry trends, and SEO best practices.
  • Oversee social media content strategy to ensure alignment with brand and marketing objectives, working closely with agency partners on content creation and approval.
  • Manage LinkedIn page, including content planning, creation, and publishing.
  • Oversee influencer marketing strategy in partnership with agency partners, guiding the selection of influencers, creators, and ambassadors to ensure alignment with brand objectives and maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Build and manage expert ecosystem of KOLs, dermatologists, and clinicians, working closely with agency partners on planning and execution.
  • Define and lead community strategy, focusing on building meaningful connections with both consumers and clinic partners.
  • Identify opportunities to foster two-way engagement and strengthen brand advocacy across channels.
