Job Summary We are looking for a creative, strategic, self-directed, and AI-curious Marketing Manager to lead brand-specific marketing campaigns—especially new product launches—within our portfolio of design-focused architectural lighting brands. This is not purely a project management role. We are looking for a creative marketer who can generate and structure impactful campaign ideas, then collaborate with internal and external partners to bring them to life across web, video, social media, events, and more. This person will also be responsible for promoting our marketing vision internally—building buy-in, alignment, and collaboration from product, sales, and design stakeholders. You will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to craft campaigns that combine high-impact visuals, strong storytelling, and strategic vision. While this role leads the creative design and direction of campaigns, it collaborates closely with other teams for execution, optimization, and performance tracking. Success relies on effective collaboration rather than owning every task.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience (ideally in B2B or design environments: lighting, architecture, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing creative campaigns
  • Experience with creative teams and content production
  • Good understanding of marketing channels
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to communicate in French

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative campaigns: Design and lead original, engaging marketing campaigns that reflect brand identity and product strengths. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, photographers, videographers, animators, and 3D artists.
  • Strategic planning & execution: Translate business objectives and brand strategy into concrete action plans. Define deliverables, timelines, and performance indicators, and ensure their excellent execution.
  • Stakeholder alignment & influence: Act as an internal ambassador for the marketing approach—explaining strategies and fostering effective collaboration between teams.
  • Visual storytelling & content creation: Lead the creation of inspiring content: product photography, videos, rendered environments, customer testimonials, etc.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate closely with digital, design, and communications teams to ensure consistent execution across all channels (web, social media, email, events, sales tools, etc.).
  • Internal brand promotion: Reinforce buy-in for creative marketing within teams. Share successes, learnings, and mobilize stakeholders.
  • Brand quality & consistency: Ensure all content adheres to brand standards: accuracy, quality, impact.
