Watson Furniture Group is seeking a Content & Brand Manager to translate strategy, products, and customer insights into compelling stories that drive action. This role is responsible for stewarding the Watson brand and shaping communication with customers, dealers, architects, designers, and the broader market. The position involves partnering with the Director of Marketing, Art Director, Product teams, and business leaders to develop messaging, launch plans, campaigns, and content that support business growth and strengthen the brand. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, strategist, and editor who can transform complex information into clear, engaging messaging, leveraging AI tools when appropriate while prioritizing human judgment, creativity, and brand stewardship. This role is based primarily on-site at The Orchard in Poulsbo, Washington, with an expectation of working on-site four days per week after initial onboarding.
