This role is part of the Augusta National Fellowship Program, a 10-month, paid post-graduate program based onsite in Augusta, Georgia. The program provides Fellows with hands-on professional experience and meaningful opportunities to contribute within their respective areas while gaining exposure to Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters Tournament. Housing assistance is available for this Fellowship. As an integrated member of the Business Affairs team, the Content and Marketing Fellow will support all phases of content and marketing efforts for Augusta National Golf Club, the Masters Tournament and Masters Tournament Charities (MTC) events – including the Augusta National Women’s Amateur, Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship, Latin America Amateur Championship, and Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals – from August 2027 – May 2028. This position will be intimately involved in all aspects of planning, production and operations of digital content and marketing initiatives, with the goal of growing audiences, deepening fan engagement and delivering best-in-class content. The ideal candidate possesses baseline content production abilities, is detail-oriented and eager to learn.
