•$75,000 - $160,000

About The Position

The Content and Digital Marketing Manager leads the strategy, adaptation, and digital activation of content for U.S. Wealth Management across social media, web, CRM, and integrated campaigns. The role evaluates thought leadership, research, market commentary, business announcements, and other source material, then identifies relevant audience messages and turns them into channel-appropriate digital experiences that strengthen brand visibility, executive presence, client engagement, and business growth. The manager partners with senior leaders, experts, marketers, and cross-functional teams to determine how content should be positioned, packaged, distributed, and optimized. This requires editorial judgment, digital channel expertise, and the ability to translate complex source material into concise, compelling content for different audiences and platforms. The role owns digital content strategy and planning, adapts content for digital channels, supports executive social presence and employer branding, manages publishing and governance, and measures and optimizes performance. The manager works with enterprise channel teams and other internal and external partners to deliver accurate, accessible, compliant, brand-aligned content and connect content activity to audience engagement and business objectives.
