About The Position

Elevate Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Contact Lens Assembly Operator to join its manufacturing team. This entry-level role reports to the Assembly Line Supervisor and involves assembling medical device kits and potentially other items. The operator works with minimal supervision, following established specifications and quality standards in a structured and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Visual acuity to read labels and inspect lens information at close distance.
• Reliability and punctuality, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to work instructions and quality specifications.
• Place contact lenses accurately into their designated positions.
• Meet production targets while maintaining consistent quality output.
• Promptly report material shortages, material defects, or quality issues to the Assembly Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean environment and comply with safety standards.
• Be flexible, cross-train, and contribute across departments to support changing business and customer needs.
