About The Position

Elevate Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Contact Lens Assembly Operator to join its manufacturing team. This entry-level role involves assembling medical device kits and potentially other items in a structured, supportive environment. The operator works with minimal supervision, following established specifications and quality standards, and reports to the Assembly Line Supervisor. The position offers an opportunity to begin or grow a manufacturing career.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Visual acuity sufficient to read labels at close distance and inspect lens information.
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to work instructions and quality specifications.
• Place contact lenses accurately into their designated positions.
• Meet established production targets while maintaining consistent quality output.
• Promptly report material shortages, material defects, or quality issues to the Assembly Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean environment and comply with safety standards.
• Be flexible and willing to cross-train and contribute across departments to support evolving business and customer needs.
