As a Contact Centre Associate, you will contribute to the success of the Credit Union by providing member service excellence. You will assist members and non-members with inquiries, requests, and/or problems, ensuring each inquiry or problem receives 100% resolution. You will also assist members with routine to complex transactions through a variety of electronic and digital channels and recommend products and services that align with a member's needs and will enhance their financial well-being.
