This position provides assistance to Contact Center Representatives, Leads and serve membership by providing service and information in a pleasant, efficient manner via telephone or correspondence. We are currently looking for a The Contact Center Representative I who is the primary point of contact to guide our members to credit union products, services and solutions. You will manage the expectation and experience of our members while solving problems and assisting with technology questions.
