What does a Contact Center Representative do? As a key member of Zeal Credit Union’s Contact Center team, you will assist our members in processing account requests, transactions, and maintaining loan applications while ensuring confidentiality. Your role will involve identifying cross-sell opportunities, effectively promoting our services to enhance member satisfaction. You will be responsible for distributing requested documents after thorough verification and resolving member inquiries using remote services and departmental resources. Additionally, you will handle posted transactions, assist other departments with issues related to Consumer Loan Payments, Online Banking, and Debit/Credit disputes. Punctuality and regular onsite attendance are essential, as you collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional support. You will have the opportunity to tackle various tasks and duties as assigned, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding member service at Zeal Credit Union. What we're looking for in a Contact Center Representative

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of similar or related experience
  • High school education or GED
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and have customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and solid organizational skills
  • Basic mathematic skills and experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Speed
  • efficiency and able to handle high stress situations
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Make reasonable independent decisions and works successfully in an independent environment
  • Punctuality and regular onsite attendance are essential

Responsibilities
