About The Position

Join American Honda’s Contact Center team and help customers stay safe and informed. You’ll be the voice of Honda, assisting with recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Call center or customer service experience.
  • Strong computer navigation skills (multiple screens/software).
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM minimum.
  • Team player with good decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive/dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 30–40 inbound calls per shift with professionalism.
  • Schedule airbag recall appointments and provide dealership info.
  • Answer questions on warranties, recalls, and radio code issues.
  • Document cases accurately and resolve or escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with teammates and consistently meet performance goals.
