Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Make outbound calls
  • Direct calls to correct locations/staff members when necessary
  • Register new patients and become familiar with insurance and referrals
  • Schedule all types of appointments
  • Respond to online inquiries and monitor voicemail
  • Answer general questions about Miller Vein
  • Create amazing patient experience through excellent customer service
