Requirements

  • 2–4 years of customer service or financial services experience
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
  • Comfortable discussing financial products like accounts, cards, and loans
  • Problem-solver who can think on their feet and stay organized
  • Team player who values accountability and a positive work environment

Responsibilities

  • Connect with members by phone and digital channels with professionalism and warmth
  • Help members open accounts, explore loan options, and use digital banking tools
  • Listen for needs and recommend helpful products and services (not just “sell”)
  • Resolve questions and concerns efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution
  • Educate members so they feel confident about their finances
  • Work closely with the team to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience
