Longwood Gardens is seeking seasonal, experienced Contact Center Representatives (Guest Admissions Representatives) to assist in our very busy contact center for the holiday season.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and hospitality skills
- A clear, welcoming voice with strong verbal communication skills
- A minimum of 6 months of successful contact center experience
- Strong computer skills, with experience handling multiple applications at once
- The ability to work in a tight space in an enclosed room with no windows for an entire shift (except for breaks)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Gateway Galaxy admissions software
- Experience with the 8x8 Contact Center software application
- Additional languages
Responsibilities
- Assist in a busy contact center during the holiday season.
- Handle guest admissions inquiries.
- Provide customer service, communication, and hospitality.
- Operate a dual-monitor computer setup.
- Work in an enclosed room with no windows for an entire shift (except for breaks).
