REMOTE POSITION - Candidate setting is remote; however, must be able to attend up to 12 weeks of training in Pensacola, Florida. Overview REMOTE POSITION - The Contact Center Representative is responsible for effectively handling customer contacts (i.e., escalated case assignment, phone calls, email, etc.). This position analyzes problems and provides information/solutions via multiple platform technologies, telephone, and written correspondence. Additionally, it will accurately document inquiry outcomes for tracking and analysis. Requirements

  • One (1) year of experience in a contact center role preferred.
  • Must have experience with computers and keyboarding skills (or alternate technology that facilitates computer keyboarding/data input).
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a position of public trust security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required per government contract.
  • Remote employees must reside in the following states: AK, AL, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MS, NC, OH, OK, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products desired (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
