About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Contact Center Member Service Representative to join their team. This role offers a starting pay of $19.15-$21.40 per hour and is suitable for individuals looking to start or advance their careers in banking, financial services, and customer support, with no prior financial institution experience necessary. Initial training is conducted on-site in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and requires full-time attendance. After successful training and meeting performance expectations, employees may be eligible for a remote work arrangement. As a Member Service Representative, you will be a primary contact for members, delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and solutions-oriented service. Your duties will include addressing member needs, answering inquiries, resolving account issues, and guiding them toward products and services that align with their financial objectives. You will support members via phone, chat, email, and secure messaging, maintaining a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. Specific tasks may involve processing debit card requests, providing digital banking support, verifying mobile deposits, performing account maintenance, and investigating and resolving member concerns. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about assisting others, adept at problem-solving, and enjoy building relationships. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
