About The Position

Citi ThankYou Rewards is an enterprise loyalty program with more than 15 million members and a strategic priority for Citi Cards. The program seeks to expand reward redemption options and deliver a personalized customer experience. Shop With Points and Gift Card redemption journeys and their partner relationships are central to that strategy.

The Consumer Product Sales Lead Analyst (Program Manager) works directly with third-party and redemption-platform partners to advance initiatives that increase engagement and reduce costs. The role supports partner relationships, redemption-platform growth, internal coordination, contract and governance analysis, performance oversight, and expansion of redemption partnerships.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
• Project management experience, including supporting project plans and coordinating diverse stakeholders to achieve milestones within deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to support multiple concurrent priorities, with sound judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Self-motivated, with a passion for establishing and maintaining a culture of control within the business.
• Relationship-management skills, including the ability to deepen relationships, build partnerships, and influence diverse stakeholders across business and functional support areas.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to question existing processes and identify opportunities based on prior experience and business knowledge.
• Functional knowledge of the credit card industry and trends.
• Pragmatic problem-solver and forward thinker with independence of thought.

Responsibilities

• Support overall strategy and manage relationships with partners, including major national brands.
• Support day-to-day partner interactions and tactical priorities, including campaign brainstorming and execution, functionality expansion, marketing strategy, and operational issue resolution.
• Support platform initiatives from start to finish, collaborating with partners and Citi teams such as product, technology, legal, and sourcing.
• Work with ThankYou Rewards management and Citi Legal to analyze contractual obligations and determine the appropriate path forward for third-party redemption support.
• Develop senior-management update decks and quarterly business reviews covering strategy, performance, financials, capabilities, and management oversight.
• Maintain a database of performance, operational tracking, and marketing campaigns; provide redemption summaries and recommend themes for future campaigns and partnerships.
• Help secure new partnerships to expand redemption opportunities.
