About The Position

Responsible for customer outreach to assist in the collection of past due Certificates of Title, missing from Consumer Loan documentation. Advises and consults customers on proper title filing and lien requirements. Assists loan officers with obtaining title documents. Maintains accurate records. Updates tickler system ensuring correct documentation is on file. Collaborates with Consumer Loan Servicing personnel regarding all title related issues. Communicates with BMV and dealerships regarding titles and lien placement. Completes monthly reporting of title status. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position. Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position. Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of banking or consumer loan experience preferred.
