About The Position

This role is responsible for providing leadership, direction and development for the Consumer Lending Loan Servicing staff to maximize performance, member value and growth while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. The primary areas of focus are consumer and home equity loan servicing and related projects and activities. This role also includes organizing and evaluating staff and processes to address business issues and provide solution-oriented recommendations.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm at our Plymouth Corporate Office location; exempt.
  • BA/BS in Business or related, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and Outlook/E-mail or equivalents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent math aptitude and keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while working under pressure.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Required to be compliant with the terms and conditions outlined in TruStone Financial’s SAFE Act Policy, which includes the submission of fingerprints, the successful completion of a FBI background check and maintaining current and compliant registration in Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
  • Maintains awareness of enterprise compliance requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA/AML) obligations, and follows internal policies and escalation protocols as applicable.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
