The Commercial Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for leading our commercial loan servicing team and overseeing all aspects of loan servicing operations. This role guides a team of loan servicers, sets clear priorities, and ensures critical servicing functions—such as loan boarding, payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting—are completed accurately and on time. As the department’s primary subject matter expert, this position maintains servicing standards, safeguards data integrity, and upholds compliance with bank policies, investor guidelines, and state and federal regulations. This position plays a key role in strengthening operational controls and reducing regulatory and reputational risk, through managing workflows, coaching and developing staff, and implementing process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround times. This role collaborates closely with Operations, Credit, Compliance, and external vendors to support new products, system enhancements, and regulatory updates. Additional responsibilities include executing servicing events, monitoring insurance compliance, supporting audits and exams, and driving corrective actions when issues arise.
