About The Position

First Commerce Credit Union is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Consumer Loan Hub Center Manager to lead its centralized consumer lending operations. The manager will drive sales, service, governance, and profitability while developing a high-performing sales and processing team and delivering excellent member experiences. The role oversees centralized processing for consumer, indirect, and Commerce Connect loans, improves operational performance, and supports compliance. It also involves analyzing metrics, collaborating across functions, resolving escalations, and staying current on lending policies, regulations, and industry practices.

Requirements

At least 5 years of financial services experience, including a strong background in lending and sales.
Demonstrated success in individual sales performance, team leadership, and mentoring.
Deep knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and credit union products.
Exceptional communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
A proactive, flexible, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead and improve the Consumer Loan Hub’s sales, service, governance, and profitability.
Coach and inspire the sales and processing team to meet goals and deliver strong member experiences.
Streamline centralized loan processing and ensure compliance for consumer, indirect, and Commerce Connect loans.
Analyze performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies.
Promote service standards, team spirit, accountability, and excellence.
Collaborate cross-functionally, resolve escalations diplomatically, and communicate clearly.
Keep current with lending policies, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
