About The Position

Respond to loan inquiries and requests through phone calls and online channels while providing excellent service and looking for opportunities to cross sell Envista products and services that benefit our members. Loan origination and related activity including following up to ensure completeness and timely processing and funding of loans and quick turnaround of loan applications as well as maximizing the number of applications funded through consistent follow-up of pending applications. Successful candidates will share Envista's Core Values of Integrity, Empower, Unity, Impact, and Exceed.

Requirements

One year to three years of similar or related experience.
A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

Respond to loan inquiries and requests received through phone calls and online channels while providing excellent service to current and potential members.
Actively look for opportunities to improve the members financial situation without hindering their long-term goals.
Cross sell loans and ancillary products and services using a consultative approach.
Loan origination and related activity which includes but is not limited to: online/ electronic applications, or submitting applications on consumer's behalf through the manual input of data into our loan origination system.
Maintains and follows up pending loan applications to ensure completeness and timelines of processing and funding.
Ensures quick turnaround of loan applications.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
