About The Position

Progressive Ozark Bank is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional to join our high-performing lending team. This position processes a variety of loans, originates consumer loans and supports the lending team through customer communication, loan documentation, and administrative work. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works toward goals, and helps provide a positive experience for every customer.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and the ability to contribute to a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous lending experience preferred; related banking or loan processing experience is also valued.
• Familiarity with LaserPro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Originate new consumer loans and assist customers throughout the lending process.
• Process loan payoffs and deeds of release.
• Order appraisals and obtain documentation from insurance and title companies.
• File and scan loan documents, maintaining accurate and organized records.
• Respond to phone inquiries and assist with loan research and maintenance.
• Support loan officers and other team members as needed.
