Consumer Lender, II
About The Position
This role is responsible for obtaining and developing a quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing an existing portfolio. The Consumer Lender will develop consumer real estate, consumer, and construction loans. This position involves promoting BancFirst services through cross-selling banking products to new and existing clientele, participating in community events, and consistently executing policies and procedures. The role requires providing extraordinary customer service at all times, monitoring and managing the past due portfolio and collection efforts, and assisting with other job-related duties and special projects as requested. This position may evolve into underwriting small commercial loans. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as an underwriting Consumer Loan Officer preferred or applicable experience will be considered
- Current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including but not limited to RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending and Truth-in-Lending
- Knowledge of loan processing/collection software required
- Obtain and develop Consumer/Real Estate loan portfolio
- Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrate an independent working attitude within a team framework

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
