About The Position

We’re looking for a Consumer Finance Representative to join our Finance team! As a Consumer Finance Representative for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will play a key role in supporting our sales process by assisting our customers in securing 2nd look financing lending solutions across all Esler Cos Renewal by Andersen locations. You would also be responsible for evaluating the credit profile of our customers and matching them with the appropriate 3rd party lender to secure cost-effective financing solutions, as well as acting as an extension of the sales team in getting deals approved by the lenders and accepted by our customers. Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Understanding of credit lending.
Ability to problem solve and multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Minimum 2 years’ consumer credit lending or unsecured loan processing experience; required.
Nights/Weekend availability required.

Nice To Haves

College Degree or equivalent finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide support to sales process by securing secondary financing in a timely manner to satisfy homeowner lending needs.
Manage financing options offered to homeowners/potential customers.
Interact with customers/project consultants to obtain additional credit information.
Effectively communicate training and monitoring of the sales force specific to the company’s credit/finance option policies and procedures
Manage processes and procedures for obtaining customer financials and clearing lender conditions.
Other job duties as assigned.
