About The Position

This role involves handling a high volume of incoming calls professionally and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will identify and resolve customer issues, assist with orders, payments, and account updates, and accurately document interactions in the CRM system. Adherence to call center guidelines and procedures is essential.

Requirements

  • Proficient in using computer systems, software applications, and telephone systems required.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service, call center or retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide a warm and friendly greeting to callers, identifying yourself and the company.
  • Identify and prioritize urgent or escalated issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, or updating account information.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow established call center guidelines, procedures, and scripts to ensure consistency and quality of service.
