Requirements

  • Proficient in using computer systems, software applications, and telephone systems required

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service, call center or retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally while providing a warm and friendly greeting to callers, identifying yourself and the company
  • Identify and prioritize urgent or escalated issues, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations by assisting customers with placing orders, processing payments, or updating account information
  • Accurately and thoroughly document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Follow established call center guidelines, procedures, and scripts to ensure consistency and quality of service
